Return products must be unused.

We do not offer in store credits, product exchanges, or refunds on sample items, discontinued items or any of our makeup brushes. Individual products from a kit and all bonus products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All qualifying orders placed during a gift with purchase promotion are final sale and may not be returned.

We do not offer returns on previously exchanged items and we only offer one pre-paid return label per order.
